Account Executive in Carmichael, CA
The Account Executive is responsible for successfully selling language access and staffing services, significantly increasing the long term growth and profitability of Language World Services Companies. Duties include identifying and properly qualifying business opportunities; presenting to the executive level decision makers; preparing formal proposals; leading negotiations; coordinating complex decision-making processes; and overcoming objections to closure. The Account Executive must maintain a strong knowledge of the language access and staffing industries along with providing accurate sales forecasts and reports to management in a timely, consistent manner. The Account Executive will have strong Subject Matter Expert support in the sales process for each of the industries served. This is a commissioned position in addition to the listed base annual salary. Job Requirements Multiple years B2B sales experience Experience in the Staffing, Language Access, and or Healthcare services is desirable Proven track record of consistently exceeding corporate sales objectives and quotas Experience successfully leveraging social media and other channels to increase sales Strong presentation, communication, organization, and time management skills Self-driven, motivated and results oriented
